Assists in developing and maintaining corporate branding through multichannel marketing efforts including web sites, email templates and printed materials. Responsible for the creation, routing, editing, and finishing of art for ads, brochures, flyers and various other direct mail materials and electronic media. Must be able to work as part of a team. Take responsibility for on-time delivery of projects by performing the following duties:

- Participates in offer/creative development meetings within the department, as needed. Works closely with copywriters and other dept. members in a creative team environment. Must be willing to lea
- With assistance from the director, prioritizes own advertising and marketing assignments in relation to their profitability for the company and their urgency. Manages projects through editing pro
- Develops creative concepts for ads and marketing pieces such as direct mail letters, self-mailers, brochures, buckslips, business reply cards, flyers, inserts, email
- Works with print vendors, photographers, and other vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensures that electronic files are given to the publications by their deadlines.
- Designs and constructs layout for web sites with an emphasis on functionality and ease of use. Works closely with creative team on design and with IT team on development and implementation of the site
- Various in-house projects such as name badges, signs, flyers, etc., printed on color printer or outsourced, as schedule and budget require.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 5-10 years experience with direct mail and some web design desired.
