We are looking to add a knowledgeable HR Generalist to our corporate Human Resources department to primarily support the needs of Pearl Automotive. This new position will involve developing and implementing strategies related to the recruitment of staff, employee orientation and development, employee relations, and policy administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and administer human resources policies and procedures, including compensation and benefits administration, employee services and relations, and performance management
- Collect and analyze HR data; prepare reports as requested for management
- Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures and federal regulations
- Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
- Perform recruiting and staffing logistics for Pearl Automotive (and for other divisions, as needed)
- Conduct employee orientation, development, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; and 2+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of commonly-used HR concepts, practices, procedures, and legal aspects of HR
